Autoship FAQs
Autoship lets you schedule regular deliveries for your Volhard Food, Supplements and Treats so you never run out of Volhard food or other essentials again.
Just add your Volhard products to your cart, proceed to checkout, select a schedule for your autoship using the drop-down, and set your schedule.
Customers that take advantage of autoship will receive a 5% discount on all products. The 5% discount, however, is only for retail customers. Customers in the bulk or resale programs already receiving discounts will not be granted the additional 5% for autoship signup.
Autoship is not a subscription and therefore carries no membership fee. You can cancel at any time!
Volhard will send you an email to remind you of your upcoming autoship orders as well as when your autoship order ships with tracking information.
Go to Manage Autoship, sign in to your account, select the autoship you need to reschedule, click the date to change it, and select your preferred shipment date. You can change your shipping date up to 24 hours before your next scheduled shipment.
▪ Go to Manage Autoship, sign in to your account, and find the shipment that you want to add or remove products. ▪ To add items: go to the product page of the item you'd like to add and click the "Add to Autoship" or "Ship Once with Next Autoship" button. If you have multiple autoship orders, you will be asked to select which one you're adding to! ▪ To remove items: go to Manage Autoship and select your autoship order. For the item you wish to remove, click on "Remove" and confirm you'd like to remove it from your autoship order.
Go to Manage Autoship, log in to your account, select your autoship, and click the "Cancel Autoship".
