Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the United States. However, we cannot ship products outside of the United States.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.
Please note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
● Orders are processed Monday - Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm EST.
● In order to ship the same day, orders must be placed prior to 12:00 pm EST.
● Any orders placed after 12:00 pm EST will process the next business day.
● Orders do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.
● Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, and 3 Day Select only process on business days.
All orders will be filled and shipped once the order is completed and paid for online. Please make sure that when you order you are able to receive the order in the allotted shipping time frame. If you order online and realize that you cannot receive the shipment, we will not hold the shipment. The order will need to be canceled and redone at a more convenient time.
- If you cancel your order BEFORE it has been shipped, you will be assessed a 10% cancellation fee before credit is issued.
- If you cancel your order AFTER it has been shipped, please follow our Return Policies & Procedures. The cancellation will have to be treated as a Return with all applicable fees.
- Orders which are REFUSED AT DELIVERY will be assessed all of the applicable fees listed above, including restocking, cancellation and other applicable fees.
- You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of the original invoice.
- All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
- All seals/wrappers must be in original condition.
- If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
- When returning or exchanging an item, write "Return" or "Exchange" as appropriate on the outside of the package. For your protection, we recommend that you use UPS or Insured Parcel Post for your shipment, with tracking. We cannot make refunds or exchanges for lost items without verifiable proof of delivery.
